Job Description

ECorals Business Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Chief Technology Officer to lead our technology strategy and drive innovation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and formulating policies to achieve our organizational objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority.
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Judgement, accuracy, and efficiency in decision-making.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fast-paced environment and large workload.
Work Environment
  • Hybrid work arrangement.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language.
  • 30 to 44 hours per week.
