- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and alignment on technology initiatives.
- Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging the development of new technologies and solutions that drive business value.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior technology leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Strong technical expertise, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and manage high-performing teams.
This is a full-time position, working 30-44 hours per week in a hybrid work environment. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload.

- Organized: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
