About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Meeting Planner to join our team at IQVIA. As a key member of our Speaker Bureau team, you will be responsible for planning and managing highly compliant meetings and events for Life Sciences organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality attendee experiences through in-person, hybrid, and virtual meetings.
  • Coordinate all aspects of meeting logistics, including venue, food, and AV confirmation.
  • Manage correspondence with field reps and HCP speakers, including invitations, confirmation letters, and program status updates.
  • Ensure compliance with client business and regulatory rules throughout the planning process.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of meeting planning or equivalent experience.
  • Life Sciences experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Outlook required.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, Salesforce, and Smartsheet preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a strong sense of urgency.
