Job Summary

Cynthia Weng Pharmacy Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy by performing various tasks related to inventory management, customer service, and billing.

Responsibilities
  • Compound, package, and label pharmaceutical products
  • Bill third-party insurers and process claims
  • Maintain inventories of medications and prescription records
  • Organize and maintain inventory, supplies, and equipment
  • Assist healthcare professionals with patient care and medication management
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail
