About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Compounding and Dispensing: Assist pharmacists in compounding, packaging, and labeling pharmaceutical products, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventories of medications and prescription records, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing waste.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to patient inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as processing claims, maintaining supplies, and organizing inventory.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, including pharmacists, nurses, and doctors, to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
