Pharmacy Assistant

Cynthia Weng Pharmacy Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities- Compounding and Packaging: Compound, package, and label pharmaceutical products with precision and accuracy.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventories of medications and prescription records, ensuring that our pharmacy is always stocked with the necessary supplies.
- Claims Processing: Process claims from third-party insurers, workers' compensation, and other sources, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement.
- Supply Chain Management: Maintain supplies and inventory, ensuring that our pharmacy is always equipped to meet the needs of our patients.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Skills: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, interpersonal awareness, judgement, organized, team player, flexibility, initiative, reliability, ability to multitask, and dedication.
