About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Experience Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Inspire Direct Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing campaigns, working closely with internal and client teams, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage structured daily and weekly data and reporting processes
  • Ensure all tasks are completed on time and internal stakeholders are informed of deliverable status
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and client contacts
  • Facilitate planning, execution, and monitoring of ongoing and upcoming campaigns
  • Update reporting tools to support internal and external status meetings
  • Collaborate with team members to track issues and provide resolutions
  • Prepare meeting agendas, call notes, trackers, and budgets
  • Manage timelines and follow-up on tasks as needed
  • Contribute to process improvement and thought leadership

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Solutions-focused and open-minded with a passion for troubleshooting and problem-solving
