Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Client Relations to join our team at GardaWorld. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing a designated group of clients and Account Managers, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in client relations, account management, and business development. You will be responsible for collaborating with clients and the Account Management team to ensure key metrics and measurements are up to date and actioned. Additionally, you will be expected to travel within assigned accounts for client visits, coaching of the Account Management team, and on-site team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a designated group of clients and Account Managers
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with clients and the Account Management team to ensure key metrics and measurements are up to date and actioned
  • Travel within assigned accounts for client visits, coaching of the Account Management team, and on-site team members
  • Directly manage a team of Account Managers who provide leadership, direction, and tactical coordination for all operational activities
  • Manage accuracy and timely invoicing in collaboration with Pay and Bill
  • Manage staffing levels and recruitment with the Talent Acquisition Director Colleague
  • Participate in the strategic planning process by recommending and developing proactive policies, procedures, and systems to support operations
  • Manage cost efficiencies, including overtime and training time
  • Assist Supervisors, Account Managers, and personnel in responsible charge in relation to scheduling activities
  • Maintain and enhance the client base and their experience
  • Contract renewals and value sell our complete offerings
  • Champion assigned RFPs
  • Meet with Business Development Director regularly to meet sales targets
  • Drive to surpass monthly and yearly targets
  • Develop team by interacting and coaching directly and as a group
