Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Hamilton, Ontario. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with clients and families to provide personalized care and support in the comfort of their own homes.



Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans to promote optimal client outcomes
  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services, including goal setting and progress monitoring, to clients with various needs and abilities
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy


Requirements

  • Registered member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Experience working in home care or a related setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and communication
  • Proficiency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and families
