Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team at CBI Home Health. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work in a home care setting, providing evidence-based care to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide occupational therapy services to children in their homes, promoting independence and participation in daily activities.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
* Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop strategies for improvement.
* Communicate effectively with families, providing education and support to promote healthy habits and lifestyles.

Requirements:

* Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
* Strong understanding of person and family-centered care principles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
* Ability to travel within the community to provide services.
