Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Security Guard to join our team at GardaWorld. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients' properties.

About the Role

  • Provide security services to multiple client sites, adapting to different work environments and situations.
  • Ensure the safety and security of clients, employees, and visitors by maintaining a visible presence and responding to incidents.
  • Enforce property regulations and city bylaws, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Complete daily reports and incident reports, and provide recommendations for improving security protocols.

Requirements

  • Valid Manitoba security guard license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year or more security-related experience.
  • First aid and CPR certification preferred.
  • Good communication skills (written/oral).
  • Driver's license and car (asset).
  • Excellent customer service and resourcefulness.
  • Good adaptability.
