Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to maintain order and establish presence.
  • Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.
  • Enforce property regulations and city by-laws on the client's site.
  • Protect client assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
  • Complete daily reports and incident reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Emergency assistance, first aid, or any other intervention as needed.
Requirements
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in the security industry (asset).
  • Valid Manitoba Security Guard License.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Ability to work night shifts.
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a stressful environment.
