We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Security Guard to join our team in Thompson, MB. As a Floater Security Guard, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of various client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients and staff
  • Access control and monitoring of entryways and exit points
  • Enforce property regulations and city bylaws
  • Patrol and monitor premises to maintain order and presence
  • Protect client assets from theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues
  • Complete daily and incident reports
  • Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Valid Manitoba Security Guard License
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year or more of security-related experience
  • First aid and CPR certification preferred
  • Good communication skills (written and oral)
  • Driver's license and car (asset)
  • Excellent customer service and adaptability
