Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Booster Juice Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
