Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Desi Meal Time Indian Restaurant.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that high-quality dishes are prepared and served to our customers in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Cooking and Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods according to menu specifications.
- Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, minimizing waste and optimizing resource utilization.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all dishes are presented attractively and served promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related role is preferred.
- Language: Fluency in English is necessary for effective communication with colleagues and customers.
- Work Environment: The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, typically 40 hours per week.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $35,000 - $45,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
