We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Trifon's. As a key member of our culinary department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality food is served to our guests.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and requisitioning supplies. They will also oversee kitchen operations, supervise staff, and maintain inventory records. Additionally, they will train staff in food preparation and handling, and ensure that all food safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in culinary arts. They will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Permanent employment
  • Fluent in English
  • 40 hours per week
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
