About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Manager to join our team at Big Blue Infotech Systems Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of software and integrated information systems, process control software, and other embedded software control systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures for data analytics projects
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems, ensuring data security and integrity
  • Authorize the development of specifications for data analytics products or services, working closely with clients to understand their needs
  • Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction
  • Lead and coordinate teams of information systems professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective data management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or information systems
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, information systems, or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions
