Job Summary: Manager of Customer Intelligence

Lead a team of data analysts to develop and maintain customer analytics solutions, leveraging data and business knowledge to drive business performance through insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and identify gaps in data marts and cubes.
  • Solve data and analytical problems using a range of tools, including problem framing, data preparation, model building, and output consumption.
  • Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling and interpreting data into a digestible format.
  • Partner with external vendors to deliver customer intelligence reporting and ensure timely dissemination of richer customer insights.
  • Manage the overall relationship with external resources and act as the internal point of contact for all participating teams.
  • Ensure reporting compliance within the organization by managing data integrity and executing quality checks and reconciliation exercises.
Qualifications:
  • Highly developed analytical, strategic-thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.
  • High level of attention to detail with ability to consolidate large amounts of complex information into simplified views.
  • Team-oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills, self-motivated, success-driven, demonstrated ability to gain trust, secure buy-in and influence change at all levels.
  • Outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple projects effectively.
  • Professional individual having experience in supervisory role with people management skills and taking on team responsibilities.
  • High proficiency with SQL, Tableau, and/or other analytical programming language and BI tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Big Data Experience.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 6-8 years of experience.
