Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Care Specialist to join our team. As a key point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless coordination of patient services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to ensure optimal reimbursement support.
  • Manage patient caseloads, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory requirements, applying knowledge to improve patient outcomes and program effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset, particularly for roles in Quebec and New Brunswick.
  • Experience in a customer service setting, with a strong focus on patient engagement and advocacy.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting, with minimal supervision.
