Job Description

P Canada inc. is seeking an experienced Strategic Corporate Operations Manager to oversee the effective implementation of organizational policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to achieve business objectives, ensuring optimal allocation of material, human, and financial resources.
  • Coordinate the work of various regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
  • Represent P Canada inc. in negotiations and official functions, demonstrating expertise and diplomacy.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff capabilities.
  • Inspect working conditions to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Manage staff and assign duties, promoting productivity and employee growth.
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, as well as approve promotional campaigns and human resources planning.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Valid driver's license for frequent travel
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for bonuses and career advancement.
