Job Summary

Ont Inc is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
