About Us

The Embassy Grand Convention Centre is a premier event venue that hosts various conferences, meetings, and exhibitions. We are seeking an experienced Strategic Operations Director to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the allocation of resources, including financial, human, and material, to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Determine objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, delegating representatives as needed.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate authority, and create optimal working conditions.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Permanent position with 35 hours per week.
  • Languages: English.
Estimated Salary

$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
