Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our team at The Josie Hotel, Autograph Collection. As a Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and Assist Guests

Provide a friendly and welcoming attitude to all guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Parking and Retrieval

Park and retrieve vehicles efficiently and safely, ensuring the highest level of service.

Information and Assistance

Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions, assisting guests with their needs as required.

Luggage and Support

Assist guests with luggage and other needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Customer Focus

Outgoing and passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.

Attention to Detail

Highly organized and meticulous, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Teamwork and Independence

Capable of working effectively in a collaborative team setting while also contributing independently.

Valet or Customer Service Experience

Previous experience in valet or customer service roles is highly valued.
