Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at The Josie Hotel, Autograph Collection. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our hotel rooms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain hotel rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas, to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Strip and make beds, change bed linens, and replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms.
  • Ensure all electronic equipment, plumbing fixtures, and appliances are in good working order.
  • Assist with inventory counts and controls, and maintain work areas clean and organized.
  • Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
