LPN in Rehabilitation Float Pool

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Rehabilitation Float Pool team. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients across various rehabilitation units within our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and responses to interventions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Assist with patient mobility and rehabilitation exercises.
  • Provide patient and family education regarding care plans and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with hospital policies.
  • Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited LPN program.
  • Current state licensure as a Practical Nurse.
  • Recent clinical experience in a rehabilitation or acute care setting preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
