Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team at BC Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and coordinating selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Planning: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Recruitment: Prepare and post notices and advertisements, collect and screen applicants, and review candidate inventories.
  • Selection: Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, notify applicants of results, and prepare job offers.
  • Employee Relations: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, and negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes.
  • Training and Development: Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training, and supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • English language proficiency
Work Environment

Permanent position, 35 hours per week.
