Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team at Subway. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting job notices, and coordinating the selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze staffing needs to determine the most suitable candidates for available positions
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Coordinate the selection process, including interviews and assessments, to ensure the best candidate is selected for the role
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including personnel files and training records
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position
  • 35 hours per week
  • English language required
