Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team at Subway. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying staffing requirements, preparing job postings, and coordinating the selection process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Coordinate the selection process, including interviews and assessments
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and grievances
  • Provide guidance on staffing policies and procedures to managers and employees
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
