We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team at one of our properties in Ottawa, ON, Canada.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a residential rental building under our management. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a key role in the successful operation of the property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning common areas of the property
  • Minor maintenance repairs
  • Preparing apartments for new residents
  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
  • Assisting with leasing suites
  • Responding to on-call requests

Requirements

  • Cleaning experience
  • Minor maintenance skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to perform in a team environment
  • Ability to work some evening and weekends
