About the Role:

The Maintenance Reliability Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of Ferrero's equipment and machinery. This position will be responsible for analyzing and improving the maintenance processes, reducing downtime, and increasing overall equipment effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities:

Equipment Maintenance and Reliability:

• Conduct regular equipment inspections and perform predictive maintenance to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance and reduce downtime.

Maintenance Planning and Scheduling:

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

• Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment performance data and maintenance history.

Root Cause Analysis and Troubleshooting:

• Conduct root cause analyses to identify the underlying causes of equipment failures and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and develop solutions to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, operations, and engineering, to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including maintenance personnel, operations staff, and management, to ensure that maintenance activities are understood and supported.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

• Develop and implement new maintenance procedures and best practices to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, such as mechanical or electrical engineering.

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in maintenance and reliability engineering, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong technical knowledge of equipment design and function, including mechanical and electrical systems.

• Experience with maintenance planning and scheduling software, such as SAP PM.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop corrective actions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of Lean Management principles and practices.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
