Reliability Engineer

Ferrero is seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team in Brantford, ON. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and processes.
Main Responsibilities- Perform equipment breakdown analysis and root cause identification to minimize downtime and optimize maintenance schedules.
- Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to plan and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these issues.
- Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Minimum university degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical background in maintenance and engineering, with a focus on equipment reliability and performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address complex technical issues.
