About the Role:

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a skilled Tiffany Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth through strategic relationships and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embodies the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients, driving repeat business and exceeding sales targets.
  • Provides tailored product recommendations and styling services to clients, showcasing our luxury offerings and fostering a loyal client base.
  • Collaborates with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive, client-centric store environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or a related field, with a focus on client relationships and sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
  • Familiarity with luxury retail software and technology, including Point of Sale systems and client tracking tools.
