Retail Sales Manager

Narayan Development Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure optimal sales performance
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, and develop marketing strategies to drive sales
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, and recruit, hire, and supervise staff
- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Basic security clearance and willingness to travel
