Retail Sales Manager

Bukhary Retail and fashion inc is seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of sales staff, assigning duties and tasks to ensure optimal performance.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor activity.
- Product Selection: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring they meet customer needs and company goals.
- Price and Credit Policies: Implement and manage price and credit policies to maximize sales and revenue.
- Supply Chain Management: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services, driving sales and customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Staffing: Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers as needed.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
