Retail Sales Manager

Bukhary Retail and fashion inc is seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing sales strategies to meet our sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales potential
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, and develop marketing strategies to promote sales
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure profitability
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth store operations
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in retail sales or a related field
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 30 hours per week
