Job Summary:

The Esthetic Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our esthetic services department, including managing staff, planning and controlling budgets, and implementing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of esthetic services staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance.
  • Plan and control budgets for esthetic services, including inventory management and cost control.
  • Implement policies and procedures for esthetic services, including quality control and customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations of the esthetic services department.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, judgement, organized, team player.
Work Environment:
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
