Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a General Applications specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, managing insurance policies, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage insurance policies, including policy administration, claims processing, and premium collection.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including licensing requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business strategies, including marketing and sales initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, attending training sessions and conferences as needed.
Requirements
- Alberta Level 1 General Insurance License
- Alberta Level 2 General Insurance License
- CAIB
- CIP
- Experience in an insurance brokerage or insurance environment is considered an asset.
