We are seeking a skilled Insurance Advisor to promote and educate clients on insurance products, take ownership of client relationships, and help us grow our presence and profile in the local community.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention
- Uncover clients' business challenges and act as a client advocate identifying their needs and providing recommendations
- Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Laser-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build authentic client relationships
- Master time manager, with the ability to prioritize workload and demonstrate confidentiality and discretion
- Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided)
- Bonus: 6+ months of industry experience
