About the JobThe successful candidate will have experience in industrial construction, institutional construction, and commercial and/or industrial construction. They will be responsible for directing the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, overseeing data analysis, and preparing reports.
This is a permanent position with 40 hours per week, offering excellent opportunities for career growth and development. The estimated salary for this role is between $65,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities- Coordinate subcontractors' activities and ensure timely completion of projects
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and resource allocation
- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, considering factors like material costs and labor requirements
- DIRECT the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Oversee data analysis and reporting, providing insights to inform business decisions
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in industrial construction, institutional construction, or commercial and/or industrial construction
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook
- A basic security clearance
