About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Specialist to join our team at Roald Smith Construction Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
- Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
- Maintaining, repairing, and renovating residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants, and other establishments
- Instructing apprentices
Work Environment:

Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
- No degree, certificate, or diploma
- Steel-toed safety boots

- Excellent client focus and judgement skills
