Job Title: Home Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team at Homecare. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household chores.
  • Support clients with their medication management and provide reminders as needed.
  • Encourage clients to participate in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the job.
Asset Languages:
  • Mandarin.
