Job Summary

We are looking for a Caregiver who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of our clients. As a Caregiver with Nurse Next Door, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing care and support to clients in their own homes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, including assistance with activities of daily living, healthy meal preparation, personal care, and light housekeeping.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Work collaboratively with the Care Services Center team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent client outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.

Requirements

  • Two positive professional references.
  • Background or Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Search (updated every 5 years for continued employment).
  • Negative TB test (updated every 5 years for continued employment).
  • Proof of health care certification.
  • Ability to travel independently to client visits.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
