* Providing technical expertise on accounting for banking products, including deposits and loans
* Ensuring the quality and integrity of financial information
* Developing and implementing tools and work processes to improve accounting operations
* Analyzing and interpreting financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate new products and activities

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be expected to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.

**Key Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, plus 7 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree in a related field, plus 5 years of relevant experience
* CPA designation
