The Restaurant Manager is a key role within our team at EightSix Network. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
- Monitor and control operating costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
