Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at East Side Mario's. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and beverages in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a food service environment an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
