Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Design Specialist to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for various marketing campaigns, including digital ads, social media posts, email newsletters, and website graphics. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and creativity, and will be fluent in both French and English.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Design and develop visual content for marketing campaigns, including digital ads, social media posts, email newsletters, and website graphics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and effective visual content.
  • Produce print materials, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and business cards, that adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Create visually compelling presentations and sales collateral for internal and external use.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure our designs remain fresh and innovative.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet or exceed expectations and deadlines.
  • Assist in the development of a monthly social media content calendar.
  • Assist in maintaining the digital asset management system to organize and archive all design files.
Requirements
  • Certificate or Diploma in relevant design training.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field is an asset.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience working with social media and/or tools is required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required.
  • Experience with the Canva design platform is required.
  • Experience with Mail Chimp email marketing is an asset.
