Job Title: Graphic Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Design Specialist to join our team at 123Dentist. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective visual content for various marketing campaigns, including digital ads, social media posts, email newsletters, and website graphics.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop engaging visual content for marketing campaigns, including digital ads, social media posts, email newsletters, and website graphics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and effective visual content that aligns with our brand guidelines.
  • Design and produce print materials, such as brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, etc., that effectively communicate key messages.
  • Create visually compelling presentations and sales collateral for internal and external use.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure our designs remain fresh, innovative, and competitive.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet or exceed expectations and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Certificate or Diploma in relevant design training.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field is an asset.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience working with social media and/or tools is required.
  • Complete fluency in both French and English.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required.
  • Experience with the Canva design platform is required.
  • Experience with Mail Chimp email marketing is an asset.
