Job Title: Early Childhood Program Staff Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Program Staff Assistant to join our team at ACE Daycare. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and well-being of our young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Child Development: Assess children's development to create personalized learning plans that cater to their unique needs.
  • Daycare Maintenance: Ensure the daycare environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Support to Educators: Assist early childhood educators in implementing programs that promote children's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social growth.
  • Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Encouraging Creativity: Foster children's creativity through art, music, and play.
  • Engagement and Guidance: Engage children in activities, teach songs, and prepare crafts to promote learning and development.
  • Health and Safety: Plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
Personal Suitability:
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Interpersonal Awareness: Ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
