Job Title: Early Childhood Program Staff Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team at ACE Daycare as an Early Childhood Program Staff Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of our young students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess children's development to create personalized learning plans.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for our students.
  • Collaborate with early childhood educators to implement engaging programs.
  • Support record-keeping and administrative tasks.
  • Encourage creativity and self-expression through various activities.
  • Develop and maintain a nurturing environment that promotes children's well-being.
Requirements:
  • Efficient interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Interpersonal awareness.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent employment.
  • 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language.
