Warehouse Worker

Morneau Transport is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Load and unload products and materials from trucks, trailers, and pallets
- Operate a variety of equipment, including forklifts and pallet lifters, to move materials and products
- Read blueprints and instructions to determine dimensions and material requirements
- Ship orders and pick items from inventory
- Make labels and attach them to goods, and wrap and pack items for shipping
- Sort, crate, and stack goods, and install, lash, and secure them for transport
- Store cargo and materials, and maintain inventory using computerized systems
- Organize and maintain inventory, and handle hazardous products and materials
- 2 years of experience in a warehouse or material handling environment
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills and ability to read and write
